Saturday Run LSD

The "supermoon" didn't look so super through my lens.  I have a lot to learn about photography.

The run was great with perfect weather and a nice view of the moon setting in the West.  In the past year I have spent 219 hours and 36 minutes on the run or roughly 9 days.  That's a lot of solitude and plenty of time to "sort it all out" unfortunately I'm still trying to solve the riddle.

  1. I don't believe the riddle can be solved, its kinda like being in a room with out a door. I'm gonna give you credit for 10 days spent running. How did you foot hold up after this run??

  2. Jack, my foot felt great and it feels fine today. I am going to start PT this week just to try to get it back sooner. If I doesn't heal, I'm going to have to spend June in a boot and that will piss me off. If Indiana Jones can find his way out of a room without a door, I think I have a shot at it!

  3. OMG, Indiana Jones, FTW.
The boot would be painful, especially in June. I'm telling you, lifting weights is the only way to go, just ask Loc.

  4. I agree with J. Loc should always be consulted when training is involved. I'm loving PI by the way, but am blowing off training for a bit. My body is wrecked from rugby and oil wrestling.
