The worst part about coming back from injury, no matter how big or small, is those first few tentative miles. Afraid to put too much on or too little. A meager change in stride or overcompensation causing a new tick, a new soreness, and a new weight on the psyche. I ran this one down the centerline of the road in an attempt to avoid an off-camber situation. In the end I felt good with little IT soreness and no stabbing pains in the knee, but I came out of it with some kind of cramp/tightness in my right hamstring. Hoping to have it all worked out by the end of the week.
